Rondo has today announced the sale of its international businesses, Rondo Metal Products Sdn Bhd and Rondo Metal Systems Sdn Bhd, to Knauf. The sale includes Rondo’s operations in Malaysia and the United Arab Emirates and related entities.
Knauf's strong market position and extensive distribution and sales network allows them to offer a broad range of building materials globally. This acquisition will enable Knauf to expand their product and systems offerings in the Asian markets and gives Rondo customers access to a more comprehensive product range and systems solutions.
Rondo Metal Products Sdn Bhd, Rondo Metal Systems Sdn Bhd and their entities will continue to exist and operate under the ownership of Knauf, with no impact to current Rondo customers.
